Strut Consulting, LLC ("Strut," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit strutconsulting.com (the "Site"), contact us, subscribe to our communications, or register for events and webinars we host or co-host.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. We collect information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, company or fund name, job title, and phone number when you fill out a form on the Site, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, register for an event or webinar, or apply for a role with us. We also collect the contents of any message you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site, through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6 below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to respond to your inquiries; provide and improve our services; send newsletters, insights, and event invitations you have signed up for or that we believe may interest you; organize and run events and webinars, including co-hosted events; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and comply with legal obligations. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time (see Section 7).

3. Co-Hosted Events and Webinars

We periodically host events and webinars together with partner organizations. When you register for a co-hosted event, the registration information you provide (typically your name, email address, company, and job title) may be shared between Strut and the named co-host(s) of that event, and each co-host may use it to administer the event and, where you have consented, to contact you about their own services. The co-hosts of each event are identified on the registration page, and any information shared with a co-host is governed by that organization's own privacy policy. If you do not want your information shared with a co-host, please do not register for that event and contact us instead at ops@strutconsulting.com.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers who help us operate our business, such as website hosting, email and newsletter platforms, event and webinar platforms, analytics providers, and CRM tools, in each case only as needed to perform services for us; (b) event co-hosts as described in Section 3; (c) professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants where necessary; (d) authorities where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights; and (e) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Site is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies that are necessary for the Site to function and to provide security. We use Squarespace's built-in analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and general location and device information. This analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. We do not currently use Google Analytics or third-party advertising cookies. Some features on the Site, such as newsletter signup forms and scheduling or event registration tools, are provided by third parties and may set their own cookies when you use them. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how the Site functions. 7. Email Marketing

Our marketing and newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by using that link or by emailing ops@strutconsulting.com, and we will honor your request promptly. We may still send you non-marketing messages, such as replies to your inquiries or information about services you have engaged us for.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of certain U.S. states (including California) and of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may have additional rights under applicable law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ops@strutconsulting.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. International Visitors

Strut is based in the United States and the Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Third-Party Sites

The Site may link to third-party websites, including co-host and partner sites. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above.
