OUTSOURCED DIRECTOR OF OPS: We provide clients with day-to-day strategic and tactical support that includes creating and implementing processes and procedures, full-scale service provider management, data integrity and management, and more! Strut will devise a monthly retainer based on the level of support needed. A retainer is designed to:

Zosia is our leading VC operations expert! Before joining Strut, she spent 5+ years handling operations and portfolio support for Cornerstone Venture Partners. Prior to Cornerstone, she was a Product Manager for the marketing solutions business unit at Sprinklr, a leading enterprise tech company. Before that, she was a Project Manager at Branderati, a hybrid tech-marketing agency where she managed technical operations and customer success. Zosia is a graduate of Wellesley College with a degree in Women and Gender Studies. She speaks French fluently and is also learning multiple dialects of toddler with her 2-year-old.

  • We help you get the best out of your fund admin by acting as the primary contact. This helps alleviates the burden (and sometimes bottleneck) placed on your shoulders. We work in lockstep with the fund administrators to ensure that all tasks and critical items are delivered in a timely manner.

  • Strut will staff you with a dedicated senior-level operations expert who will be your go-to person with full institutional knowledge. This individual will also have a backup support person who can provide coverage whenever your dedicated lead is out-of-office or on vacation.
