Kristen is the Founder & CEO of Strut Consulting. She has sixteen years of experience in the venture capital industry and a fervent passion for the emerging manager ecosystem. Before Strut, she was the Director of Operations for funds such as Homebrew, Xfund, and Zetta in their early days. Kristen got her start in venture at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), where she spent five years in various administrative, operations, and marketing roles.
