Netanya is an event specialist with over two and a half decades of experience in successfully executing a wide range of events, from trade shows, conferences, and team-building sessions to high-profile client engagements, marketing promotions, and educational programming. In addition to supporting Strut's clients, she also leads events for Let's Talk Ops, a VC operator community of 200+ members, producing over 60 virtual learning and in-person events a year across the U.S., as well as their annual multi-day Summit. Before joining Strut, Netanya spent over a decade driving her own events company. She also held roles as a Private Bank Client Center Manager for JP Morgan Chase and the Director of Operations for Caskey Lees, Inc., a trade show management company producing internationally acclaimed high-end vetted antiques and fine arts shows across the U.S. She holds a bachelor's degree in communications and media studies from the University of Miami.
